Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to an account not belonging to the registered player will be declined and may trigger an account review.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phatay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phatay content without prior written consent from phatay.
Any unauthorized use of phatay's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phatay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phatay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phatay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the phatay platform.
phatay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phatay's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. phatay will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on phatay and that phatay is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You participate in all games at your own risk.
phatay is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by phatay's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on phatay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the phatay platform experience.

Your continued use of the phatay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the phatay platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phatay platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, phatay's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. To raise a dispute, contact phatay customer support with full details of the disputed transaction or game round. phatay will respond to all formal disputes within five (5) business days.
